RAY TAMADDON
MEDIATOR, ARBITRATOR, PROFESSOR OF LAW
Ray Tamaddon has been active in complex litigation, insurance disputes, and conflict resolution in numerous states and venues throughout the United States for more than thirty years. Ray's practice focused on insurance coverage disputes and litigation, coverage advice, and bad faith litigation involving a wide array of third-party and first-party issues. After discerning the need for a conflict resolution specialist with a profound understanding of insurance-related issues and insurance-driven settlements, Ray decided to offer his insurance industry expertise and decades of experience to conflict resolution in California and across the United States.
Ray has previously served as an arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association and participated in nearly one thousand days of mediation and settlement conferences as both counsel and client representative in numerous insurance-driven matters, including insurance coverage and bad faith, high exposure personal injury cases, wrongful death cases and construction.
Ray also serves as a professor at the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law where he teaches Global Lawyering Skills III, including alternative dispute resolution, to second year law students
