Mediation and Arbitration Schedule of Fees and Costs
PROFESSIONAL FEES:
Hourly and daily rate is dependent upon location, number of parties, complexity of matter and the amount of anticipated pre and post mediation/arbitration work.
ADMINISTRATIVE FEES:
There is a one-time non-refundable administrative fee of $250.00 per party due upon reservation.
TRAVEL EXPENSES:
In-state travel charge will be a flat fee of $850.00 for the first day and $500.00 each additional day.
REFUNDS/CANCELLATION:
All fees are fully due 30 days prior to the commencement of any mediation or arbitration. The refund and cancellation policy is as follows:
Notice of cancellation of 31 days or more: Full refund less administrative fees.
Notice of cancellation 15-30 days: 50% refund less administrative fees.
Notice of cancellation of 14 days or less: No refund.
